Please note that we only accept returns that are deemed DOA (Dead On Arrival) within a 48hour period from time of receipt by the recipient of the product to the time that we are notified of the issue. There will be no exceptions accepted.


All returns must be approved by your account representative prior to returning to us, and it is the duty of the sender to ensure that the item is safely packaged and sent back to us at the cost of the sender. Once the item has been received, it is subject to inspection to make sure that any report of DOA is not due to misuse and physical damage caused by the user/recipient.


Once all necessary inspections are carried out and the item is accepted for DOA, Focuuz will notify of the turnaround time where the item will either be repaired or replaced where we see fit for application on a case by case scenario and will send the repaired/replacement unit back to the original recipient or retailer (at the choice of the buyer where shipping costs are the same of the original shipping destination) at the cost of Focuuz.


Should the return item be deemed non DOA and at the fault of the recipient/user, Focuuz will notify the buyer of the issue and await further instructions on how to proceed further. Sending the item back to the desired location of the buyer will be at the cost of the buyer and if Focuuz does not receive any instructions on further processing within 2 weeks, then Focuuz will decide on possible disposal of the faulty unit at Focuuz’s own discretion.
